Sleeping With Sirens Call by Mary And The Boy

Sleeping With Sirens is a fantastic group with immense potential.
The Magpie sez:
“Let Love Bleed Red” is beautiful, and the voice really fits the song perfectly. It’s an absolutely beautiful song. Powerful and strong and flawless, it’s a fantastic song.

“In Case of Emergency, Dial 411” is wonderful. It kind of reminds me a bit of Armor For Sleep(whatever happened to them?) only about ten times better. I can’t seem to get enough of the singer’s voice- it’s beyond phenomenal.
“the bomb dot com” is super catchy. It’s addictive and fun and makes me think that this band can do anything. The song is a bit all over the place, but in a good way. Very few bands can pull that off, and it’s very impressive.

“You Kill Me” is incredible. The bass really stands out to me, and the singer’s voice is perfect. This is probably my favourite song on their Myspace.
The boy sez:
The song “If I’m James Dean, You’re Audrey Hepburn” is a pretty catchy song. The main components of the song that I like the most are the drums and the vocalist. The vocalist’s voice is wonderful and makes the song happy, which makes it a good listen.
“With Ears To See, and Eyes to Hear” starts out much different from the song “If I’m James Dean, you’re Audrey Hepburn”. It starts out with a somewhat heavy instrumental intro which I really liked and was a good addition, especially the screaming. The rest of the song still has the drummer playing heavy beats that just flow with the song well and makes the song much better then it already is. The vocals again are well done and the lyrics have a good meaning behind it.
“Captain Tyin Knots VS Mr Walkway” is my favorite song from Sleeping With Sirens. My favorite parts that are really, really amazing are the hardcore parts in the end and beginning. This song truly is addicting and I could listen to it multiple times. The singer’s voice in this song is extremely good and catchy at the part where he sings, “I fall apart and it figures it’s just the way I’ve always been.” This song is wonderful and I have been actually listening to it on repeat ever since I first heard it.
Fantastic band.
