My niece Louba Lababedi send me this pix of Sinead O'Connor on stage in Irelend. Louba was shocked at the state of the woman but I am less sure that this is a problem.

So here we are at the Linda Ronstadt question: at what price physical beauty? Sure, she has put on weight, but she doesn't look like Santa Clause. She looks like a plump, contended mother who is flashing her belly button.
I think (Ihope) that the "What happened to her" might be answered that, Sinead is fine. She's had a wild life but she is on tour, still kicking, has a boat load of family, and her last album, 2005's reggae covers Throw Down Your Arms was another in a long, long line of terrific albums.
