When the head honchos of Scream 4 set out to have a Facebook contest for a coveted spot in their soundtrack do you really think The Brides would let that slide?
Hell no. They rallied up the Black Veil Army and made themselves heard to none other than Wes Craven
"It was 100 percent fan-driven," said Andy (Six) Biersack recently told Noisecreep, "We really appreciate it. It shows again that this group of outcasts that call themselves the 'BVBArmy' can be heard. We want to make sure they get the credit they deserve! If they are passionate about a band or about rock 'n' roll, kids can get together and do anything, if they truly believe in and set their minds to it. Our fans really want this band to succeed."
"Usually these things take forever," he said. "You have to deal with the music supervisor, sign agreements, etc. But this could not have been easier or quicker."
And so you'll be hearing 'Set the World on Fire', the title track of their new album due out June 14th, at the movies all from the power of dedicated fans.
These guys become more amazing with every turn, I cant express the loyalty of their fans or the professionalism of their entire organization. Its amazing that Andy Six is just a young'un, hes certainly has the demeanor of a seasoned pro.
