"Scary Movie 5" Reviewed (More Or less)

I know Anna Farris, I have seen many many films with Anna Farris, and you Ashley Tisdale are no Anna Farris. And that's not really the problem with the fifth installment of the Scary Monster movie franchise. Ashley doesn't do Anna here, Anna is sweet and silly, Ashley, in the Anna role, is bitchy and a smartass. Not unlike her "High School Musical" character. Here, after Charlie SHeen is knocked off during an opening Paranormal sex scene with Lindsay Lohan to open the movie, Sheen's three kids, possessed by Mama, go to join his brother and Ashley. Who hates them on sight.

So from Paranormal Activity  to Evil Dead to Planet Of The Apes to  Black Swan… Black Swan? These movies take years and years. Anyway, somewhat lame parody on somewhat lame parody on top of a LESBIAN MAKE OUT SCENE! The movie is harmless, not funny, a little nauseating with all the pee and poo jokes, but if all you wanna do is kill a couple of hours while playing check the lame reference, here is just the movie for you.

Anyway, "Mama" is haunting the kids, a chimp has super intelligence, and the answer is somewhere in a cabin in the woods. It all ends very well for everyone but Mama and Sheen and Lohan.

Music? Some Tchaikovsky, some pretty good walloping bass during an appliance dance scen, a real good band called Hyper Crush, crushing "Werk Me" . Nothing  else really grabs ya it none of it is bad.
