There are times when there is nothing more that I want to do then see a show. My office mate and I will often shout out “hey lets go see Weezer at lunch” , cuz quite honestly how cool would that be?
What we discovered though is alot of bands we want to see have called it quits. So without fanfare I present 10 bands who should reunite this moment so I can go see them live.
1- Phantom Planet- you gave up. I hate you.
2- Fall Out Boy- I was rocking out to “Sugar We’re Going Down” today and by songs end I was hating every one of you for this hiatus crap
3- Panic! At the Disco- ENOUGH already you guys are like 12. Quit fighting get recording and get on tour NOW or I’m putting you in the time out corner.
4-PM Dawn- cut the crap and get recording. Where the hell did you go?
5-Blue Merle- seriously you could have kicked Chris Martins ass you had his voice
6- For Science…seriously son…please
7-Dresden Dolls- look I don’t know if your split or not but for Gods sake Amanda I need you and Brian Viglione together with rolling tape NOW
8-The Verve- hey any of you still alive? If so put down the crack pipe, more Bittersweet Symphony stuff or are obscurely still together? then TOUR
9- The Stone Roses- I’d adore you if you would holy CRAP you guys were so so awesome…
10- The White Stripes- Meg.. get over it. Jack, off the shake… its red white and black time… make it happen
