Well then not like anyone cares but it appears that Randy Blythe the lead singer of Lamb of God has been released.
Blythe had been arrested in the Czech Republic for manslaughter stemming from a fan death two years ago. Bylthe was repeatedly asked to make bail and denied. The Czech Republic has a ‘pay now and we’ll think about It’ legal system.
Word came today that Blythe was released yesterday for a whopping fee
"The decision was reached yesterday at the end of a 16-hour closed session. The only condition of release was the approximately 8 million Czech Koruna bail," Prague court spokeswoman Martina Lhotáková said
Blythe will be allowed to return home but the ordeal is not over. He will have to come back to Prague for trail. I can guarantee you it will not be swift. The court date is not yet announced, but let’s hope they drag their feet in that one as well.
Since June 27, Blythe was held at Pankrác prison housing 858 inmates, 468 are in remand and 390 are serving terms of imprisonment. Prisoners are accommodated in rooms with an average capacity of three beds, the largest containing ten beds. The prison premises also contain a Czech Prison Service hospital, and Pankrác Memorial, containing an exhibition on the Prison Service.
