Army brat Charming Baker has been painting since he was six and despite his every attempt to keep it real, selling paintings out of his South London apartment, the demimonde came looking and finally nailed.
After a coupla sell out exhibitions in the UK, manager of the stars Pat Magnarella (Green Day, Ryan Bingham) has taken Charming on.
The first result is an exhibition in the village called Stupid Is The New Hero of all new paintings. What I’ve seen looks pretty awesome. Here’s the info.
Charming Baker’s New York Show, STUPID HAS A NEW HERO, opens May 14 and runs through May 30 at NYSG, 154 Stanton Street (@ Suffolk) on New York’s Lower East Side. The Private View is 13 May.
