Well there are always fun little protest tunes. There are animal rights songs of course the best known is the masterpiece "Meat Is Murder" by The Smiths.
But there are your basic DIY tunes that anyone with a video camera can create and this Elton John inspired rant isn't so horrible. Filled with famous quotes of animal praise you really cant go wrong. The silly pop up biography of each author keeps you engaged but is it promoting veganism?
Well, I don't think this is going Top 40 anytime soon. I don't think one non vegan will drop the burger upon hearing it but it is a nice vegan club tune. Meaning its nice to have a ditty about your lifestyle, cuz after all if you are in fact a vegan you're a little 'out there' and chances are good you don't know many like minded.
I think VeganSmythe is a bit of a cult figure. He has a handful of tunes like "Human Milk Dairy" among others I cant tell if he is trying to be funny or profound but I suppose its a living.
As a vegan I don't need to be converted and well 'Preachy Vegan Song" is certainly less depressing than a tune about women expressing breast milk til dead..
You wont go vegan and i don't know if you'll even make it through this song but hey..its the thought that counts.
