Society as a whole puzzles me. We call ourselves civilized but are we?
Flash to the late 1960's when John Lennon hands his tooth to his house keeper Dot Jarlett to be disposed of. Upon hearing that her niece is a fan, he suggests she give it to her as a memento.
Who aside from serial killers saves body parts? Well of course Ms Jarlett held on to that chopper (why were Lennons teeth falling out and why was he not at the dentist? I'm thinking the late 60s were not a time of poverty for him)
The tooth will now go up for auction and is expected to bring in approximately $16,000.00 on November 5th when the sale begins.
"This is the most wonderful and weird item that we have ever had for sale," Karen Fairweather of Omega Auctions told the BBC. "It is a truly unique item and it is really difficult to put a value on it."
