We are far from being done with Odd Future! All the smart young guys I know are big fans, and they are going to be super happy to learn the rebellious Wolf Gang will release not one, not even two, but four new albums and will embark upon a tour this fall.
Just check out this list: On August 1, Odd Future member Domo Genesis releases ‘No Idols’ with production help by The Alchemist, on October 2, Mellowhype (Odd Future’s Left Brain and Hodgybeats) will release their second album ‘Numbers’, Tyler The Creator will follow his ‘Goblin’ with ‘Wolf’, set for a November release, and Mike G will release his debut LP sometime this year! At the top of this, hardcore and fellow band Trash Talk, who recently signed to Odd Future Records, will release ‘119’ one week after ‘Numbers’. These guys stay extremely busy, and if they all manage to match Frank Ocean’s ‘Channel Orange’ success, they will be pretty fine.
The ‘Camp Flog Gnaw’ tour will kick off on August 31 in Virginia, but as you can see in the list bellow, the different venues have not been decided yet… I just wonder what the famous gang has prepared for their Odd Future Carnival in Los Angeles in September!
