I love Bon Jovi, always have, always will.
I didn’t get tickets to the 4 shows at the new Meadowlands stadium, at first I wish I did. But now, looking at the set lists I am happy I didn’t. I heard they put on a great show the past two nights, but they seem to play the same songs over and over again.
Been to many Bon Jovi shows and 95% of the set list is the same shit.
With the occasional change. Last night they added “Never Say Good Bye”, and on Wednesday added “Dry County” (one of their best tunes ever).
The one thing I am happy about is that they added “Blood On Blood” to the set list. This is my personal favorite Bon Jovi tune.
The set list from Thursdays May 27th is below. I would love to see the band play a lot the obscure and lesser known songs such as: “Let It Rock”, “Social Disease”, “Stick To Your Guns”, “Two Story Town”, “Joey” and “Right Side of Wrong”. And let Richie Sambora sing “Stranger In This Town” and “Ballad of Youth”.
Come on boys, you can do better that this.
