1. Close To Me – The Cure – Helen thinks Robert sounds as if he is having lotsa, er, self appreciated fun. I disagreed till I watched the video helen posted yesterday! Never noticed it before but the beginning reminds me of “Modern Love”
2. I Heard You Say – Vivian Girls
3. One For You, One For Me – Bright Eyes – The song improves with every listen, the lyric doesn’t.
4. I Don’t Mind It – Screaming Females – I loved this all of last year and, after watching it on Carson Daly, I love it again!!
5. Thriller/Heads Will Roll – Glee Cast – This doesn’t suck for the same reason NSYNC didn’t suuck -good back beat.
6. The Best Thing About You Is Me – Ricky Martin – Catchy, smart, though adding “manaya” doesn’t make it salsa.

8. Simultaneously – Men – Chick singer of course, and I bought the album when I wanted the single, still sharp as daggers indie. And I don’t regret the album.
