Welcome to the first week of August. Are these the 'dog days' of summer? I'm not sure what defines those but I can say its not the dog days of music on television. I'm a bit perturbed on this 'Hard Rock Calling" special. An obvious Clash rip off title, already makes me cringe- the performers aren't exactly cool either. Actually, I take that back, The Killers are cool.
Iman,darling its time to pull out your Jimmy Fallon friend card and hit that Big Audio Dynamite appearance on Wednesday! Lord its been so many years I'm a bit nervous about that one. Who else? We have that dance master Pitbull, and rocknyc comrades Screaming Females and Fitz and the Tantrums.
