We can’t hide it, the fascination for Michael Jackson and his eccentricities will always been part of the American mythology and years after his death, a story about him is still selling, probably because there’s still so much we don’t know, and don’t understand about the king of pop. The Sun is now revealing that Jackson expected to be shot on stage, and that’s why he chose the UK for his come-back on stage.
Jason Pfeiffer, who worked for the star’s dermatologist Dr. Arnold Klein, spoke to the English tabloid and declared:
‘He said the comeback was in England due to the gun laws there. ‘
‘That’s why he ditched a US comeback as people had access to guns here and would shoot him. He thought America was too dangerous.’
‘But he still had some fears that he would be shot on stage.‘
And according to Pfeiffer, it was a real fear, even a death prediction, as Jackson thought the very-well named ‘This is It’ shows would be his last tour ever:
‘The last time I saw him he ways saying his goodbyes to everyone in the office.’
‘It was like he knew he was never coming back, and he would often say he thought he was going to be shot on stage.’
That’s strange and of course very sensationalistic, said like this, but knowing the quantity of drugs administrated to Jackson every day, it is not really hard to think he had turned totally paranoiac.
Pfeiffer also reveals new details about Jackson’s addiction, but honestly, what else is new?
‘He faked medical issues so that he could receive heavy-duty painkiller Demerol — and demanded enough to knock out an elephant.’
‘Michael felt he was immune to normal volumes and begged for extra quantities.’
‘Sometimes some of our patients were groggy after shots, but never like Michael.
‘I remember after procedures having to physically hold him up from behind as he was so drowsy. I supported him as he staggered away then laid him on a couch to sleep or rest. On other occasions I supported him as he left the building. I held him under his jacket so that people wouldn’t see him. He couldn’t walk properly.’
Pfeiffer has even kept a voicemail from Jackson, recorded a few weeks before he died. Jackson’s voice is almost unrecognizable, he is slurring but begging for more drugs: ‘I knew he wanted to come into the office to get a shot of Demerol, which he loved because he said it made him sleep better. He usually spoke like that after he had pain-killing jabs. These kinds of conversations had been happening for months. In the last few weeks he was calling up to get in for appointments and sounding a mess. He seemed desperate to get hold of anyone to help him get a jab.’
Jackson visited Klein’s office 3 or 4 times a week during the last year of his life, but Pfeiffer nevertheless only blames Dr. Murray (and Jackson himself) for his death! Sure Jackson is the one to be blamed but he was addicted and had turned totally nuts. All the doctors who gave him Propofol or other junk are equally responsible for his death! And this circus trial is gonna start in Los Angeles soon, with its cortege of celebrities, as Prince, Lisa Mary Presley, Diana Ross, Quincy Jones and the kids are gonna be called at the witness stand… and for what? To prove what? Another useless way to be spending my tax dollars!
