1. Yell Your Name – Otis Taylor – A weirdo blues guy releases a pretty good album and this is my pick of a letter. He sounds like a new Van Morrisson, singing between a flute -no, really, and stretching out a strong lick to the breaking point.
2. Elegance – From Hello, Dolly! – That's a pre- Phantom Of The Opera Michael Crawford leading a foursome across an early 1900s myc. The song's sole purpose is to get the four from point a to point b -but has anybody ever written a more pleasurable transition song.
3. We Have All The Time In The World – Louis Armstrong – The best of Armstrong final trio of pop hits. The song ends with Bond's wife being shot dead in the movies.
4. End Of Days – April wine – Maybe I underestimated this band, here they kinda remind me of Americans In France.
5. Parted Ways – Heartless Bastards – They are playing Webster in a coupla months, and I'n considering it.
6.Cosmos 7 – The Fall
8. Wonderful Life – Estelle – Hey, wait a doggone minute. Isn't she the American Boys girl? Coulda fooled me.
9. The Trouble With Never – Van Halen – Ya know, this could make em cool again.
10. We Are Young – Fun. – That first verse is just killa.
