I am not a member of the “OMG Channing Tatum is so hot” club.  As a matter of fact I don’t even like him at all.   But hey Im  not like every dame.

He was a rousing hit in the film “Magic Mike” a semi autobiographical blob about his days as a stripper before he made it big.  I hear it was enticing but again- yuck.

Speaking of yuck, the show will be made into a Broadway musical  Broadway—what is up?  Rehashing Disney, repetition ‘revivals’ is there nothing new anymore?  Where are our playwrights?  Wheres the next big thing and why are we making cheesy shows based upon movies??

Tatum, 33, will produce the musical alongside Soderbergh, Magic Mike writer Reid Carolin, Gregory Jacobs and Nick Wechsler.

Magic Mike was self-financed by Tatum and Soderbergh and was made for $7 million  It went on to become a surprise hit, making $167m from global ticket sales.   This month Tatum was named the second highest-paid actor in the world by Forbes magazine

But wait there is more! Not only will you get to see the male review on The Great White Way but you’ll also get to see a sequel soon. Nothing middle aged soccer moms love more than cheap Cosmo’s and stripper movies.  Girls Night Out WOOOO, makes me want to puke.

Speaking of Cosmo’s and puking, there is also a deal in the works for a chain of “Magic Mike” bars.  Just kill me already.. please…
