Nope, fashion seems to be in the cards for the 15 year old hell cat. The cig smoking, poor poetry writing daughter of the legendary Bitch Is Not Quite Back Madonna has a lot of living up to but in her possession as accessory to the star cum visual implement for whom the bell tolls, time passing mirror image, she has more than done her part, more than set the world back on its heels.
Lourdes might be a very nice girl and not the spoiled brat she shows the world. I somehow doubt it. Like her mother, there is something testy in the girls public image. Perhaps a lifetime dodging the paparazzi will do that. After all, unlike Mom, Lourdes didn't ask to spend her life as a celebrity. Indeed, while many stars tend to keep their children (actually, that's an old fashioned comment, I meant used to) from the public eye, Madonna has thrust her front and center. In a house of mirrors now you see her now you don't, Madonna has always played catch the performance art with her family and Lourdes has been the recipient of stuff like this post.
Of course, compared with the Courtney Love's of the world, Madonna is the mother of the year and one way or another her kids, if not her husbands, are always around her.
It's a shame Lourdes isn't more talented but her lyric to "Superstar" suggest there is nothing much going on here and her fashion sense is cut and paste. Still, she is a lovely girl, her features in this pix are stunningly beautiful… hey, maybe she could be a model, she certainly seems capable of it. Or an actress.
Oddly, Madonna isn't playing "Superstar" on this tour and Lourdes isn't joining her on the hallowed ground… still, in ten years time Madonna will be in her 60s? Lourdes? 25…
