Despite loving Limp Bizkits first album, Significant Other, Fred Durts always hit me as a poor man’s Adam Durwitz: sold a pack of goods about fame and fortune, Fred couldn’t follow up “Nookie” and spent his career paying for it.
But when your band sells tens of millions of CDs, you’ll find a way to get together again and Fred Durtz announced on Twitter the new album will be called Gold Cobra and released early next year.
Let’s hope he finds a better reason to do it than the nookie this time round.
