‘Legend of Zelda: Symphony of the Goddesses’ On Tour

Legend of Zelda is one of the most infamous video games of all time.  Zelda, Link, these two characters at one point were part of so many conversations as gaming nerds felt part of the magical world.  Its pretty absurd how not only addictive these games are but how they are simply part of mainstream life.  Name one boy you know between the ages of 11 and 23 who isn't glued to a screen at least once a week wearing that ridiculous headset and I'll give you ten bucks.

So why not capture this market and introduce them to something new?  I mean if you can get them off the couch.  A symphony?  Yes.  A grand plan to tour the score of Legend of Zelda with a full set of musicians.

The concert is made up of a four-movement symphony with storylines from “The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time,” “The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker,” “The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess” and “The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past.” Plus, fans will get to hear orchestral renditions of music from additional games including “The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening,” “The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask” and “The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks.”  This, my friends is going to make teenaged boys squeal like girls hearing One Direction is coming to town.  Again, if they can get off the couch long enough to get there.  In a way it could potentially be a good 'bonding with your square parents' time.

Tickets are on sale now.  For more information visit Zelda-Symphony.com
