Lamb Of God Opening For Metallica: Rejoice Rejoice

Groovemetal band (whatever that means) Lambs Of God are an awesome noise whose “Set To Fall” single from earlier this year is so hard it could bleed your ears off!! The voice sounds, in somewhat gothmetal fashion, like a viking who has just eaten a native American in one bite and is choking on it.

Lamb Of God hail from Virginia and have been doing this since 1994 on Ozzfest line ups and for Slayer. Saturday they are opening for Metallica, Metallica playing MSG for the first time in twelve years (I was there for that one, Metallica had the guitar shaped stageand they were staggeringly great). Just inducted into the Hall Of fame, this should be the metal show of the year.
