In my position as rock nyc editor it is my job to watch the VMAs.
So I did.
All of ten minutes.
And that got me Eminem huGging Rihanna and Lady Gaga getting best female performer.
So two more things:
1. LG ended up with 8 VMA awards including Best Video for “Bad Romance”.
and
2. Eminem is a complete bore when he is emoting and tonight is the Yankee Stadium concert with Jay-Z which I will go and will review but don’t promise to stay till closing time.
