Lady Gaga Playing Amy Winehouse
I don’t know what kind of truth there is into this, but a few websites are declaring that Lady Gaga is in secret talks (I like this ‘secret’) to play Amy Winehouse in a movie.
Wow, the body is not even cold that there is already a film in preparation?
The Daily Star has a full article about it, and they report that a ‘Hollywood insider’ said:
‘Lady GaGa worshipped Amy and would love nothing more than to transform herself into her idol on the big screen. She’d be spot on performing Amy’s songs and has got the right look and bolshy attitude.’
‘GaGa’s been itching to make the transition from music into movies and sees this as the ideal role to launch her film career.’
‘GaGa’s management team had been discussing possible film ventures before Amy’s untimely death. But there’s only ever been one role she wants and that’s to play Amy.’
On Monday, in the ABC show The View, GaGa revealed how affected she was by Winehouse’s death, declaring: ‘I am just so devastated and so sad. I really could not speak for 48 hours straight, I was in such shock. She was the most lovely and nice and kind woman.’
If she loves and respects her so much, couldn’t she wait a little bit before exploiting Amy Winehouse’s death? Anyway, she has already incarnated so many characters, I couldn’t care less about her next move, even if the Monster diva dares to play another diva.
