Kenny Laguna, Joan Jett and the other Runaways

Coupla years later I loved Joan Jett and rock and roll and interviewed Joanie for the cover of Creem and her manager Kenny Laguna was with her. Apparently Laguna offered heavy metal queen $1,000 for the rights to Lita’s life story Now Jackie Fox (nee Fuchs) is suing Jett because she claims to own partials rights to the Runaways name. Since she played guitar for the first half of their existence I don’t see how they can not pay her. How about this: there is no character based upon Fuchs in the movie.
