Katy Perry Preparing Biography

A bit late don’t you think  A woman who had such amazing pop appeal hasn’t done much since she hunkered down with walking bacteria John Mayer.  New album?  New Tour? Nah, just new pictures and old tunes and the same boobs and doe eyes as calling card.  C’mon sister fire up some music.

Instead she has been working on her book- which will delve into her failed marriage to that string bean Russell Brand.  I love Russell and the pair made a visually appealing pop team.  But of course there’s all that nasty scandal.  She calling him a sex addict he calling her moody, it was just ugly and messy… so how about a book to pacify the National Enquirer mentality of your average citizen.

Biographies are for people who have done something with their lives and have been around long enough to prove their impact on the world.  Biographies for anyone under 25 (unless they drop dead) should be illegal… day 1, cut my first tooth, really who cares?

Apparently Katy has been offered a $5 million deal to write her own tell-all and it is thought she has accepted the proposition.

'Several publishers have been after Katy for a while. She decided to go ahead so fans don't have a one-sided story when Russell publishes another Booky Wook,' a source told British newspaper The Sun.

At age 27 I suppose she has something to say about her short term marriage, but really nothing will compare to Brand’s side of it all.  After all he is a much more colorful personality.  Although, she does coat everything in glitter.  Wonder if she will take the victim route or suck it up and be a bad ass..who am I kidding, she’ll go with the victim.

At present, there is no publish date, though I suppose by the time its done she’ll be done with Mayer and may need to add another volume of poor me’s.  As for Brand he’s doing the same, writing a book of his adventures in Katyland.  Bet you a bundle he that book is on the shelves before Summer.
