This almost tribute band (of whom? the band name is a dead giveaway) are so good if you’ve never heard of them you won’t be able to believe you’ve never heard of them. I saw em two years ago opening for Television at summerstage and have been a fan since…. This is a fave among favorites, “The Rainbow”. Here is a live version but invest a buck on the recorded one, the Apples are such pop perfectionists they seem to channel Jeff Lynn in the studio.
