Jack White performed The Beatles, “Mother Natures Son”, for Library of Congress Gershwin Prize event honoring Paul McCartney.
I have never heard a more nasal and horrible rendition of a gorgeous song. Why is a full band sitting there doing nothing? Wheres the fucking shampoo bottle grease ball and worse part? I love Jack White, so this pains me.
Best part is at 1:48 of the video link below, you can see Sir Paul looking nothing less than bamboozled and nearly attempting to correct the beat with his right hand. I freeze framed.. I think he may actually be crying in pain… or horror… Hilarious
