Bought a tix for Titus Andronicus’s September 25th gig at webster Hall. The tix was $16.00 and the cost after they put their service charges on top? $26.
In case you are counting at home, that is a 62% surcharge for doing very, very little.
Why they would need more than 15% is beyond me. Look at it this way… They probably make more than the band themselves do.
It is ridiculous.
