These 2 factors got them shunned. I judge books by their covers. Occasionally a book is left open and I skim the page and become entranced. Only to check that cover and realize I had passed it by earlier.

So on my birthday I was googling cool songs about getting old and I loved the title “I’m Losing My Edge”. Youtubed it (made Youtube a verb! hell yes!)
Dumb video but I did like that he gets repeatedly slapped.

Silly me, I told Iman I liked that song. And after my all too familiar scolding I was sent,

A great song really, not really as hip as “Edge”, which made it more fun. It reminded me of some 80s new romantic sound, like oh I don’t know Visage or something it just had that puffy shirt vibe going on and that silly techno beat.
