The LA Coroners office has thrown in the towel with a big fant 'dunno' on why the 44 year old rapper passed away suddenly last week.
Toxicology reports have not been released but last week we were told no illegal drugs were found in D's system
The funeral will take place this Friday outside New York City.
Records indicate that the Beverly Hills police responded to a call for breathing difficulties. The rapper collapsed in his hallway and later dies while at Cedars Sinai Hospital
The coroners spokesperson offered this:
We need to see what's in his system," Winter said. The paper said toxicology tests are common in cases when a relatively young, healthy person dies unexpectedly. D had just returned from some shopping on the day of his death when he began complaining of difficulty breathing and collapsed. He died a short time later at a local hospital and officials believe his death is related to a medical issue and do not suspect foul play.
