From today’s New York Times: “…a video game featuring the music and the likenesses of the Beatles posted only moderate sales in its first month of release. The Beatles: Rock Band, which was released by MTV Games and Electronic Arts, sold about 595,000 copies, according to a report from NPD Group, a market research company.”
Of all the crappy ideas known to man The Beatle’s Rockband was way way up their. Since they were barely a live band for most of their recorded career, how the hell could the imaginary guitarist let loose to their music and since they were a studio creation by the end how could it be mirrord in a guitar based game and since Rockband is a young persons game how could the demo audience get into it?
