Mr. Panic! At The Disco is officially 24. Its hard for me to stop and think of where this kid has been. Huge sold out arenas to tiny clubs in the and in such a short span of time.
I'm not sure how healthy that is. Panic headlined the Honda Civic Tour had mucho bodyguards. They now will play a club that literally is the size of the stage they played formerly.
Stunning.
Its not really the heartlessness of the music business but rather some odd personnel changes that seemed to divide and conquer the whole Panic machine. I have to say after numerous listens to Vices and Virtues its just missing 'something'. I just cant figure out what. This is not to say that it is in anyway bad but I would really love to find a band that could maintain the Fever You Cant Sweat Out sound.
Should anyone out there know of a band that has that similar feeling please let me know I would love to discover them. Pretty. Odd. was fantastic, different and the exit for what Panic was.
I really really liked the Young Veins, but its not Ryan Ross's birthday so I wont go on about it.
I will wish Mr Urie of Las Vegas a very happy day, thank him for the memories and hope for some more.
