There were a rash of tweets from Green Days withe Adrienne, with photos and blurbs containing the word. Building up some hype, I suppose Although, that can become a bore as people really stop giving a crap.
Well then this statement came out

With the picture shown here. I would pretend to be excited but its not worth the effort. This is nothing more than a family sing along that I suppose they want fans to buy in to. Self serving? Egotistical? Yup, of course, but that's been Green Day since "Dookie' anyway. What amuses me is getting the wife and kids on it too. Riding family coat tails is all well and good but honestly, I cant imagine anything good coming of this other than braggin rights for Grandma.
I can say I never want to hear what they create, I can say that if I were an Armstrong kid I would be horrified that my parents were pretending to be hip and well.. this is all rather pathetic.
