No Mike Brown, but bassist Tom Finn, of rock nyc faves from the 1960’s, the Left Banke, has been winking about a reunion since last year .
Well it is happenning.
Saturday March 5th and Sunday March 6th, the Left Banke will be performing at, simply said, the best room in nyc, Joe’s Pub.
This is the reunion of Tom and huitarist George Cmeron -playing together wonderful power pop symphonic masterpieces like “Pretty Ballerina”, “She May Call You Up Tonight” and, of course,
“Walk Away, Renee”.
I’ve got my tix for the Saturday gig already. If you care about pop music, you must be there. I couldn’t be more excited
