As rock nyc reported last week , Guns n Roses played the O2 Arena in London!
I wish I had been there because original bassist Duff McKagan showed up and jammed with Axl and his new boys on a few tunes. See their performance of “You Could Be Mine” in the youtube link below.
This just brings the possibility of a GnR reunion a step closer. At one point on the tour, Izzy showed up, and we all know that Steven Adler would do the reunion in a second (he needs the money).
Now if we can get the two biggest names in the band – Axl and Slash – in one room to negotiate, we could see the biggest reunion tour ever.
This would see out not arenas, but stadiums around the US and the World. This could be as big as a Led Zeppelin reunion.
I would definitely be there.
Come on Slash, get off your solo tour (which by the way, the new Slash album is great) and give what the GnR fans around the world wanted for the past 15+ years.
