You know what band I really don't like? The Dangerous Summer.
I'd tried to like them and get in to them, because they basically have every element of bands I like but one. I do not like their singer's voice. It's not that it's unoriginal or boring, it's just not good. It's obvious the singer has no training; or talent. Some songs he sounds alright, good, even, but that's the magic of editing.
They released one of their tunes, "Miscommunication", for free on Amazon. I downloaded it, then regretted it. It didn't cost me anything and it still wasn't worth my time.
The song just lacks originality as a whole, each thing has been done before. The lyrics bored me and had no hook. The thing that drove me off the most though was the singer's voice. I couldn't take it. Something about it is just so wrong, and it's annoying and bad. There's not one redeeming factor, not one thing that made me want to listen for more than a minute.
This band needs to get a new singer or just give up.
