KISS as a marketing entity has made tons of money off of non music ventures. From lunchboxes to football teams, from hoodies to golf centers KISS is an American cash cow. We keep buying too. For the life of me I cannot understand how they recycle and expand upon their fan base consistently.
You can’t go a Halloween without some kid dressed as a member and you can’t go to a vacation destination without one of their attractions or shops or eateries nearby . It’s all Gene, the huckster of all hucksters.

The starting price was just 99p and it moved up smoothly to £600 after three days. But when it reached £1000 the bids rocketed until, in the last hour, the total jumped from £5455 to £10,000 – then on to £35,000, £90,000 and £100,000.
The anonymous winning bidder has an eBay user score of 74. In total 43 people placed 99 bids. The cash will go to benefit the Street League charity.
