Fortunately for me, I caught Sinead and Van Halen earlier this year. The VH reunion beat out the Beach Boys gigwise, so if you have tix and now aren't going… well, it sucks to be you!
Here are the cancelled gigs -weep em and whistle goodbye to the handling fees…
Tuesday – Beacon – Sinead – having a nervous breakdown
Wednesday – Warsaw – Sham 69 – Jimmy Pursey's father is dying and he needs to be with his family.
Thursday – Studio At Webster Hall – Craig Owens – Dumped his band
Friday – Ulster Performing Arts center – Levon Helm – Death will do that to you
Sunday – BB King's – Dee Snider dunno why, maybe he finally got around to hearing his Broadway album and was too embarrssed to face the public
Oh, and I was of a month for Van halen. Their canxd gigs are mid-July!
So much for the show must go on…
