American Landslide- Eye Alaska. Goes without saying here, I must be hitting the repeat button or something but I can get down all Justin Timberlakey with this one, “snakes on a plane, snakes on a plane”… GREAT song cant wait to see them live!
Only Happy When it Rains- Garbage YEAH Shirley, I forgot her in my tolerable girl list, shes a beast. I love this song again this week
The Rakes- Decemberists Just wrote on this mighty troop in a recent post. Theres something pretty cool about the chorus of ‘alright alright alllllllllllllll right’ Again I swear to God this guy sounds British as hell… is Oregon in London now?
The Leader- Phantom Planet. Oh woe is me the never ending hiatus. Ive seen this band with Panic at the Disco and with Parabore*, love them always. I heard they broke up and then they didn’t and then well who the hell knows but Raise the Dead is a freakin killlllah album. Honest
Put Me Back Together- Weezer Love this song and well I guess Ive been a bit melancholy lately, autumn I guess. Yeah.. lets leave it there.
Teenagers- My Chemical Romance I hear they’re touring over seas, which gets me psyched cuz they’ll tour the US right? RIGHT?? My Chem rocks…and lately Teenagers do scare the living shit out of me.
Little Acorns- White Stripes I once GAVE this song to someone who was in a tough spot. Now I’m loving it again Plus its funny to hear the word pronounced ‘Acurns’
Half of the Time- Wheat. Wheat is Scott Levesque. He has a sexy voice but he needs some Dristan. I think I like boys with allergies cuz most of the singers I listen to have congested vocals. The chorus of this song is pretty much my mind set
Pretty in Pink- Dresden Dolls Another unsung cool girl Amanda Palmer. I hated the original of this song but the Dolls make it dirty. So yeah..
The Boxer- Me First and the Gimme Gimmes- Don’t ask maybe its the commute or something. Maybe I think I’m in a frat house but meh.. its fun
