Free EP With TV ON The Radio Presale

TV on the Radio lovers, Amoeba music has a pretty good deal, if you pre-order their new album ‘Nine types of Light’ which comes out next Tuesday, you will also get a free copy of their Live at Amoeba EP…

Part of their performance in the store, which happened in 2006 (it seems such a long time ago) plus an interview, can be seen there:

The EP contains 4 tracks ‘Blues from Down Here’, ‘Wolf like me’, ‘Province’, and “Wash the day’.

You can also stream the last track of the album ‘Caffeinated Consciousness’ on the Amoeba website, a track TV on the Radio has been offering for free on their website. It’s an explosive bluesy noisy song alternating between violent outbursts of guitars and psychedelic airy moments with some almost 70s harmonies, the whole song being a very busy and dense affair.
