Attention Flaming Lips lovers, if you are in Los Angeles on June 14 and 15 and want to see them, be ready: the tickets will go on sale this Friday 6th at 2 pm.
They are playing two nights at Hollywood Forever Cemetery, a perfect fit for them, and I’m not sure how many tickets will be released, but I bet they are gonna fly.
You will be able to buy a 2-night pass for $80 or a single day ticket for $40, but the two nights will be completely different since the Lips will be playing my favorite, ‘The Soft Bulletin’ the first night, and their take on ‘The Dark Side of the Moon’ the second night.
There is a two-ticket limit per household and overnight camping will not be allowed,… which I guess will be difficult to prevent.
Their show is, of course, billed as ‘Everyone You Know Some Day Will Die’ although they will not be performing this song, I guess.
