Duncan Jones, David Bowie's Director Son, Speaks TO UK's The Times

In an interview with the Times (UK division), Duncan Jones discussed his relationship with both parents David Bowie and Angie.

It is interesting in a voyeuristic kinda way.

Here are the quotes I got off canoe (a Canadian webite):

Here he is discussing his mom Angie Bowie: ""I don't miss her and don't feel I have missed anything by not having her in my life. I don't remember my mother and father being together. I remember going between houses for holidays, and at 13 I stopped having contact with her. It wasn't healthy. Over the years I've attempted contact but it's like getting a shock to my fingers. I know now not to bother."

Of his famous pop, Duncan said this: "I was massively kept away from that kind of thing. I found out about it when I was older and found it very difficult to separate the dad I remember growing up with to the man in the papers. I didn't know about (his bi-sexuality) either till I was older and I never really cared when I understood what it meant. I remember him having the most gorgeous girlfriends. If it's true, I don't care."

Duncan also, quite rightly to my mind, changed his name from Zowie.

David wrote "Kooks" for him many years ago!
