Dee Snider is a bit of a tool He looks more disturbing now than in full makeup. He is embracing his eccentricities though. First that bit on Celebrity Apprentice and that Broadway crap and now some 'standards'
Here is the first self loving video from the series of audio clip hell we will be subjected to. Starting out as a croony bit and ending in full metal mockery Dee Snider attempts to hornswaggle some cool and ends up just being a parody. The buzz here is I think he realizes this, since the audience pretty much adds comedic…no wait there is no relief with this until it ends.
Snider has a great appreciation for Dee Snider. That arrogant self confidence that comes with 80's mentality Its embarrassing at times and just plain annoying other times. He may be a heck of a guy privately but his public persona is more annoying than a chainsaw marathon over a suburban fence.
The jazz band that accompanies this thing must get a shout out. Fun sounds and upbeat brass make toes tap even if the vocals are enough to make you want to tear out your own tonsils.
