According to NME, Courtney Love, who, as usual, thinks she can dispose of her dead husband’s legacy the way she wants, has offered up Nirvana songs to the X Factor.
I will never be able to follow the logic of this woman, who tweeted to Simon Cowell that contestant Janet Devlin could use a song of her husband since she was from the same Ireland town than Cobain’s ancestors:
‘@SimonCowell you want some Nirvana songs? @JanetJealousy is from sametown as Kurt? I have the perfect idea for that, call me babe.’
Apparently, she was not even responding to a demand from the show, she was suggesting herself the idea! I bet Cowell still cannot believe it.
NME does not say which song will be used, but, after having trashed Grohl on stage a few weeks ago, Love is now determined to prove she owns Nirvana and can do whatever her mad brain is telling her to do with the iconic band’s music.
