Country Music Stars Taking Sides on Taylor Swift debate

Following on comments by George Jones and Wynona Judd, Randy Travis things she’s too young for her success and Tim McGraw and Faith Hill disagree. “Taylor has a better head on her shoulders than most people in country music” Tim said.

I don’t think anybody who has heard Swift’s songs has the slightest doub she is one of the most gifted songwriters in any genres of music. And sure at some point the other shoe will drop but if she listens to me and works on her live presentation she will end up one of country’s greatest stars of all time and absolutely capable of carrying the entire scene on her back and making it important for a whole new generation of fans.

I have no idea why great singers like Travis and Jones would pick on her and they should apologize and shut up.
