Every two years or so Conor Oberst falls off the face of the earth and we run a "where the hell is he?" post. With his Bright Eyes tour over and no word of a new solo album of his other numerous permutations anywhere on search, we should probably just shut up and spin his newly re-released on vinyl first six (!) and leave him to wedded bliss.
And we would except here comes news Conor will be playing the Newport Folk festival along with headliners My Morning Jacket on July 28th and July 29th, 2012.
What can we expect? My bet is the first two solo albums and some newbies.
