Columbia Not Thrilled By Beyonce 4

Page Six report that Columbia were not thrilled with Beyonce's new album and wanted her back into the studios to record more tracks. Beyonce refused. Columbia think they may have a dog on their hands and are whispering about a Destiny Child's reunion but Kelly Rowland is doing pretty well solo and doesn't want to play Florence Ballard to Beyonce's Diana.

Let's look at the omens.

1. Of the four songs I've heard? I've loved three… Now, I am not a Beyonce fan which suggests she changed her sound. My fave song "1 + 1", got pulled as a single.

2. No hits so far. This is 2012, no hits, no sales, we know how it goes.

3. Pop singers should listen to their record companies, rock bands less so, alternative artists not at all. Columbia care about Beyonce's success more than Beyonce does. If they say it is missing something, trust me Gov, it is missing something.

I think it will be her best album to date. I also think I will be seeing her at Jingle Ball 2011 and I also think Destiny's Child will get back together as a direct result of this disaster.
