I got a text from Helen. Chuck Berry down. And I was so sorry to hear that Chuck Berry collapsed on stage yesterday in Chicago.
At 1030pm, Berry fell on the keyboard. Jan 1 I wrote a far less than favorable review of his set at BB King’s.
Last night in Chicago, he came back out after 20 minutes but couldn’t play and was lead off the stage.
Wait a second. After playing two sets on New Year’s Eve he flew to Chicago and played the next night????
WHY?????
