Chicago and The Doobie Brothers Tour

See now here is a 70s band with some coolness.. unlike some old stodey filth.  Chicago and The Doobie Brothers are touring together on a co-headlining tour.  Not a fan but love what Chicago does.

Teaming up with the American Cancer Society for the “Sing With Chicago” promotion, marking the third consecutive year  has offered fans this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Fans in every market can bid on a package that includes a meet-and-greet, two premium tickets and a chance to sing Chicago’s classic tune “If You Leave Me Now” in concert with the band. Over the years the promotion has raised over $130,000 to fight breast cancer.

How fun would it be for a die hard fan to belt out a tune with the band?  So very cool!  It’s creativity like this that makes me instantly appreciate a bands persona.  I would think their fans would be right  on board with this.

Stops include Universal City, Calif. (July 15) and Atlantic City (Aug. 4)  Great fun from a cool bunch of legends.
