Billy Joel's Back to The Future Setlist In Tampa Earlier This Month

My friend Terry Salak Facebooked me to tell me how great Billy Joel was at Tampa Bay Times Forum last Friday and I trust her opinion enough to wonder what the difference was between his New Year’s Eve gig at Barclay Center, which I panned, and this one.

After the Barclay gig I claimed it was gonna be a short MSG run if this is what he plans to present and apparently that was a one off for the uber-fans because at Tampa it was again the soprt of set dreams are made of:

Now, pop pickers, this is the sort of set that can run and run and run forever. The only eh in the lot is “All For Leyna” and other than that it is a stroll through the hits by a master so… I am planning to catch at least one show during this MSG stint and if he pulls a fast one and goes deep, he will be in extreme trouble!
