I am sorry to let you know this, but Beyonce is a very greedy woman: when you are a pop star sitting on hundreds of millions, you leave the kids alone… how much can someone make on Etsy? Really nothing compared to the money owned by the queen B! Etsy is an online craft store, a collective business where people can sell handmade object, a sort of craft fair on the web, but this didn’t prevent Beyonce to threaten an Etsy little boutique of a lawsuit, because it was selling some ‘Feyonce’ mugs. It was not even using her name! Feyonce is actually a play on the word ‘fiance’ referring to Beyonce’s hit ‘Single Ladies’.
But Beyonce the bitch didn’t like it and her army of lawyer ‘fired off a letter to the company crying foul… and then threatening them.’ According to several sources, the mugs in question have disappeared but there are still many other vendors selling similar articles, Feyonce shirts, Feyonce tank tops, and plenty of Beyonce mugs and mugs!! So what is she gonna do? Really sue them? But could she evenwin? As I said, they are neither using her real name nor her image, and she didn’t even come up with the word Feyonce, so this is hardly believable. I would have barely made the connection…
But Beyonce is a total control freak and this story proves it one more time,… suing over $10 mugs? Are you kidding me? She lives in the past, with the Internet, copyrights have disappeared and reasonable people don’t sue over stupid stuff like this. Don Henley sued a clothing company over some ‘Don a Henley and Take It Easy’ t-shirt, but Don Henley is old, very rich and greedy, litigious and stupid. Beyonce is no better than Don Henley.
